About Dillon Bay Condominiums

Dillon Bay Condominiums is located on one the most scenic lakes in the United States, Lake Dillon. We are in close proximity to many ski areas for winter fun...Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.  Our condo complex is right off Hwy 6 so the roads are maintained by CDOT.  In the spring, summer and fall, we enjoy lake life with sail boating, fishing,  paddle boarding, and kayaking. The bicycle recreation path is located across Hwy 6 and goes over Swan Mountain into Breckenridge, Frisco and Vail. There are 45 2 bedroom units in our complex with detached garages.
